| Introduction | I'm an aspiring home-taught cook who wants to make a difference in the world of food. When I'm not in my small apartment kitchen, I'm watching the Food Network or Cooking Channel and soaking up all of the information that I can. Curling up with a good cookbook is also one of my favorite things to do. I've recently branched out to include Asian, German, and Indian flavors and techniques in my home cooking.
