Introduction	My main interests are climbing and running trails. I've been doing both for quite a while. In my pursuits I have the best partners I could ever want (my girlfriend and son). They keep me motivated and going strong even when I think I can't push any harder. New routes and achieving personal goals are where its at for me! Always happy to answer any questions or emails.
