| Introduction | I am a retired chef and restaurant owner. I have taught cooking at the college level and I hold an AAS degree in computer science. I have taught electronics, both basic and solid state and digital logic at the college level. At this time my wife is in long term care but she is improving rapidly and I hope to have her home soon. I think of myself as an average person who may have had some unaverage experiences. |
