Introduction	About me..Hmm, I have a few job "titles" and it always seems so proper to say them, but it'll help you get a better idea about me and who I am..I'm a Personal Trainer, Boot Camp Director, Kids Fitness Director, and I'm also a CrossFit Certified Level 1 Coach. Whew. That's a mouthful...I LOVE fitness, but more then my love for fitness, I love to help people and fitness is just a gateway to helping others.
Interests	When I'm not at the gym (which isn't often) I'm hanging with my family or with friends watching movies, catching up, or having a "cheat meal" ;)
