Interests | I love to design and create unique country and primitive pieces to adorn the home. I love to make quilts, wall-hangings, pillows, dolls, ornaments, seasonal decorations and more. I also love decorative painting, so I look for anything "country" with a flat surface for my brush to dance on, thus becoming an art piece. |
Favorite Movies | My favorite movies are sappy love stories like "The Notebook", "Love Story", "Message in a Bottle", "Robinhood" and "An Officer and a Gentleman". I think a combination of sadness, drama, chemistry, humor, music and characters produce the perfect movie. |
Favorite Music | I have loved country music the longest, with Alan Jackson at the top of my list. I also love meditational music and Enya. It soothes me when I'm crafting. I love watching the talent produced by "American Idol". |
Favorite Books | I enjoy reading stories about the Amish written by Beverly Lewis, Wanda Brunstetter and Cindy Woodsmall. I am so fascinated and intrigued by their lifestyle and their "simple" way of life. |
