| Introduction | I love cooking and talking to people about cooking! I grew up watching my mother cook fabulous meals for our family and friends. I have to admit, I don't follow alot of recipes. I just put the ingredients I have together and make something delicious. What I enjoy the most is helping people come up with a wonderful meal where they may be on a special diet, or may only have a couple of items in their cupboard. I find cooking to be relaxing and fun. That's the way it should be. I can cook almost anthing, but ask me how to boil an egg? not sure, exactly. How about cooking an ear of corn? Hmmm... let me call my mom on this one. She's the expert on corn! Thanks mom for being such a great role model. |
