Introduction | Some believe "Agdá" is a word of African origin that refers to clay pots used to cook and serve food. Others believe it to be a variation of the Portuguese "alguidar", a platter made of clay, metal, plastic etc, that have a wider diameter on the top. It is also the name of a restaurant in my hometown Salvador, Brazil. |
