Introduction	I've been bike racing half my life now. Having started as a 14year old growing up in Michigan. I started on the dirt, but moved over to the road bikes. I raced at Marian College for 4 years and competed for national championships on the road and on the track. I also spent one summer racing in Belgium at the Cycling Center and with the US National Team. For the past nine years I've been racing as a pro on the US circuit with a few different teams. Always striving to improve I've found myself reading all the training books, working with many coaches, and learning the huge benefits of using a powermeter. I find coaching a great way to give back and share the knowledge I have gained over my years of riding and racing. My goals are to make you reach your goals.
