Introduction	I've been an avid yoga practitioner for about 18 years now. I've always been fond of all things "hippie". I stay active with the Eco community trying to do my part whenever I can, I love tie dye and flowers, forests and rainbows! I've been into art since I can remember; painting, drawing, sculpting, photography ect... I am happiest when my life is full of all things creative. This blog will serve as a place for me to ramble my daily thoughts on life, yoga, food, questions that I get asked often, adventures and whatever else might come up! Favorite movies	The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, The Big Lebowski, Avatar, Awake, Into the Wild, Documentaries... I love movies when I have the time for them... Way too many great ones to list here.
Favorite music	From the 50's to now and all music in between. I love too much music to list them all here...
Favorite books	Mostly read Non-fiction type books. I'll do a recommended reading list in a blog post.
