Introduction	My name is Jo and I live in Auckland, New Zealand. I am a very keen amateur cook, and plan to get better with the help of Busy Peas. I am a food technologist by trade, a mother at present and once upon a time a nanny to 3 kids in London. Three of us live in a cosy wee flat at the foot of One Tree Hill, me, Mr Hooper (he's a school teacher), and our new boss, Charlie (5 months old and totally in charge).
