| Introduction | The Sankofa Project was founded by Joyce McCully-Benner and Delma Jackson in 2007 for the purpose of facilitating a conversation with community members around the issue of race and racism. The goal of the Sankofa Project is to utilize the personal journies of our collective lives in order to systematically examine the both overt, and subtle manifestations of racism in both our personal lives and on an institutional level. This blog will hopefully help those interested in racial justice work by providing a space for shared resources, feedback, announcements, and personal growth.
