| Introduction | Welcome to my ramblings! Ed Ross, here - just a simple man who loves the Lord and loves His Word - with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength. Bible reading and devotions have always been a part of my Christian life, but this year I am picking up my pen and journaling my journey as I "read the red" and "pray the power". I was inspired by Jesus challenging a young lawyer in Luke 10:26, when in reference to the Scriptures, He asked, "How does it read to you?" And again, in Matthew 18:12 "What do you think?" This year, for the first time in my devotional life, I am approaching God's Word in a fresh way - reading, thinking, praying, writing - sharing. Journaling my journey to deeper insights into the love of God and the truths of His Word. The Sheep's Pen is this sheep's attempt to show other sheep where the grazing is - still waters, and rest. |
