Introduction	The Cooking Professor is Peter Kenyon. Peter lives in Perth, Australia. Although not a trained chef, he imagines himself as a pretty good cook. In 2007, Peter opened the Cooking Professor’s Cooking School where he teaches classes covering all levels of cooking skills and many different cuisines. In his 'real job', Peter is Professor of Economic Policy at Curtin University.
