Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
Sadly, I live in Arizona, where scarves only make sense for about 6 weeks a year. As a former New Englander, I love scarves, and would wear them daily if it wasn't hotter than dookie outside.
