| Introduction | Born on 1st Aug. 1976. Educated at Vivek Vidyalaya, Jamshedpur, and graduated in Physics (Hons.) from Ranchi University. Obtained BLIS and MLIS degrees from BHU, Varanasi. Secured first position in the MLIS entrance examination. Maintained an outstanding academic record with First Class throughout the carrer. Awarded the BHU Gold Medal for securing first position in the University and the Sri Dasjee Gold Medal for obtaining highest marks in the Lib. Sc. course. Did LL.B. from Kamkus College and LL.M. from Royal College & securing first position in the colleges. Did M.Sc. (Phy.) from Annamalai University with first division. Did Intellectual Property Rights and the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) courses from WIPO, Switzerland. Awarded by the SP, Jamshedpur, and the DEO, Jamshedpur. Served for approx. 9 years at DESIDOC, DRDO, Min. of Defence. Presently working as Joint Registrar-cum-Executive Magistrate at the Delhi High Court. Former Member of the Technical Documentation Committee, BIS, GoI. Life Member of the ILA. Recipient of the DRDO Technology Group Award, Best Article Awards,various Rajbhasha Puraskar, Distinguished Service Award, a Letter of Appreciation from DRDO. |
