| Introduction | My name is Keith, and have been studying Aikido and related martial arts all my life. My mission from the early days was to promote the traditional, cultural and philosophical aspects of Budo. Sharing and discussing with others is a means of experiencing the evolving creativity that can be applied to all walks of life. Aikido because of its nature provides an insight into life and our existence in the Universe. It has a profound philosophy that allows individuals to expand their personal boundaries, to seek the truth and promoting peace, love and harmony. This blog was created to inspire and encourage mutual discussion, but also to educate those with an open and receptive mind. One doesn’t have to be a martial artist or be physically adept to engage. Everyone is free to respond and share their thoughts and views. |
