| Introduction | My Dance with the Devil For the past 6 years I have been battling obesity. I deployed to Iraq in 2006 as a Combat Medic. I went over as a young 118 pound mom of one. I came back damaged and overweight. I never struggled with weight until after deployment. I am battling Obstructive Sleep Apnea and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I am here starting my first blog about the Paleolithic Lifestyle. I started eating paleo on and off for about 3 months. I am having a hard time being diciplined enough to take control of my health and my weight. This blog is here to help me be accountable and to help others like me have a single place for a lot of the great information about Paleo that is found on the web!
