Introduction	First and foremost, I am a MOM! More specifically, a Mom to two wonderful girls, age 3 and 5 months. And, for 40+ hours a week, I am an attorney practicing environmental law in western Washington. Along with those two major life functions, I am neurotic about all things relating to raising kids - nutrition, activities, learning, health, you name it. I strive to do everything I can to give my girls every opportunity for a happy, healty, well-rounded future. I also strive to make ends meet in this less than prosperous time. To meet all the demands I place on myself, I struggle. I hope by writing this blog I can help other moms, whether they work outside the home or stay at home with their children (in other words work inside the home) with some of the things I have learned along the way or are finding work for our family. I hope to provide resources both locally and nationally, and help moms meet those demands we all place on ourselves.
