| Interests | MOVIES!! Reading, painting, crafts of any sort, anything that I can accomplish with my hands. I love power tools, and really just tools in general. I LOVE making costumes, and I just taught myself how to sew on a machine this year. I love playing games and playing pretend with my son, and I love to watch him play by himself too, so I can hear his dialogue and practically see his imagination coming alive. I love hanging with my husband too. He is literally the first, and I really believe the only person who just gets me; all of my insanity, he understands it somehow. He is my best friend, for sure. I'm always looking to learn what makes me do the things that I do, and learn if I could change for the better. Oh, and my two dream jobs, if there were absolutely zero restrictions or obligations holding me back? Carpenter or Prima Ballerina. |
| Favorite movies | In no specific order: Inception, Shaun of the Dead, Drop Dead Gorgeous, The Big Lebowski, Friday, all Quentin Tarantino movies but my favs are Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill Vol.1 and Vol. 2, and Inglorious Basterds. And Django Unchained. Okay, I love all Tarantino movies almost equally. True Romance is so unique and amazing, I wonder if it would have turned out any differently if he HAD directed it! Oh, and Christopher Nolan movies, all of them so far. I love movies! |
| Favorite music | Music is in my blood! I can read music and I played in the school band for 7 years. I love almost any kind of music there is, but I'm not big on country really. I DO love Classic Rock, some Pop, Folk, Bluegrass, older Rap--'80s and '90s, some R&B, Grunge, Classical, almost all music I can think of right now is music that I enjoy, or have at one time or another. |
| Favorite books | Reading detective/thriller type fiction and also self-help books. John Case for starters. And my favorite book of all time is The Shining. I've only read 8 Stephen King books so far, but I aim to keep that number growing! |
Which do you prefer and why: whittling with soap or whistling with wood?
I'd say whittling with soap because I like to create with my hands, and I like to see a physical change as a direct result of my hard work.
