Introduction	I am a vegetarian, a food lover and a graphic designer. After losing my job last year, I really began to focus on my love of cooking and creating delicious food. Being a vegetarian, it can be very hard to eat out, so I have come up with some of my favorite restaurant dishes, minus the meat! My food is enjoyed by vegetarians AND meat lovers alike!
Interests	I love photography, being outdoors, rockhounding and stomping around in the desert, and being with my multitude of animals!
Favorite movies	Sideways, Cast Away, Juno, Almost Famous... those are my tops at the moment

How tall would you be if you had never cut your fingernails?

I have no idea because I sculpt, garden and play music so my nails have NEVER gotten long!
