| Introduction | Still two old fogies but have now left the Arcadia Waters retirement Village to live in a granny flat on Rick & property.The house there was lovely and some people were wonderful but we did not like the politics. Mac & me walk here now as there is a walking path but not as regularly as before.I still go to the village for Mah Jong and take Zoe & Riley to school that day and pick them up on Tuesdays.We have 6 grandchildren and love them all dearly.Our kids are not bad either.! Now ,nearly at the end of 2012, much has happened but the 2 main things are the death of our beloved Mac and his place taken by the naughty but nice Missy . Then there was the birth of another grandaughter, Alexis ,in June 2011. Now ,past the half way mark in 2013, we have had the separation of Rick and Karen. It has been very stressful and what started out reasonably friendly has become very nasty and Karen has certainly disappointed us with her changed values. It has been hard on the girls , on him and the whole family. It still is because of the financial repercussions. Hope Rick finds the girl of his dreams in the end. |
