Introduction	I am an assistant professor of rural development in the Dept. of Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness at the Louisiana State University Agricultural Center. I am also director of the LSU Agricultural Center's Delta Rural Development Center located at Oak Grove, LA where I serve as state program leader for community rural development. I coordinate a regional economic and community development network in northeast Louisiana called the Louisiana Delta Initiative. I'm married to Angela and have five wonderful boys, Tyler (13), Zach (10), Logan (7), Morgan (4) and Wyatt (3). We also have two dogs, Jackie and Cinnamon.
