Introduction	I am a former city type girl that left high society behind her to move to the country. Through trial and error - and a sense of humor - I have learned to raise chickens, deliver livestock babies, trim hooves, milk goats, and engage in all sort of DIY veterinarian activities. This is a chronicle of that journey, all that I'm learning along the way, and the way it's reshaping how I look at the world and my own life.
