Introduction	Being an artist from the time I could hold a crayon, I now cherish the time I spend doing art. Whether it's watercolor, acrylics, mixed-media, collage or whatever. When I am making art, I can lose myself in it. Athletes call this "the Zone." I recognize it as a very productive segment of "lost" time.
