| Introduction | I am a Professor of Religions, Philosophy, and Humanities at a local college and can't imagine a better job in the world. I've also been practicing Yoga for 25 years and have been a Registered Yoga Teacher (Integral Hatha Yoga) for 18 years. I am fascinated by the philosophy and history of Yoga as well as the devotional aspects like Kirtan. I love to talk about, write about and practice yoga as much as I can!
