| Introduction | The blog is to keep me accoutnable on my weight loss journey. As I reached the most I had ever weighed, and started to feel my health decline, I knew that it was time for me to take living healthier more serious. I found a few diet plans and weeded out some of their more common applications. I did not want to go 'on a diet', but wanted rather to change my lifestyle. I also wanted a place where I could talk about all the things that I love: books, film, and television. |
