| Introduction | I have the best family, no question about it, and my friends are some of the best people in the world. I currently live in Alexandria, VA right outside of the always entertaining DC. I like living and working here but am ready to figure out what to do “when I grow up.” I am all about meeting new people so keep in touch! |
| Interests | I love being around people. I love adventure and trying new things...sky diving is still on my “to do” list. I LOVE the beach and miss being so close to it. I am interested in healthy living and fitness and actually got the inspiration for this blog from my favorite healthy living blog Carrots N’ Cake. I just started running last year and have already run the Chick-fil-a 5k and the Shamrock 8k. My next goal is a half marathon but much training will be needed for that. I also enjoy volunteering where I can. I have worked with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and I am currently raising money for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital participating in the Give Thanks 5k Walk. |

| Favorite music | Variety is the spice of life! I like anything from hip hop to country or a more classical feel. Recently I started listening to Christmas music. I know it is a little early for some but I am enjoying it! |
| Favorite books | In a Pit with a Lion on a Snowy Day, For Women Only, The Shack. Always finding a new book. A wise man once said, "leaders are readers!" |
