| Introduction | My hero is Calvin Trillin. Calvin says that all the best restaurants in the world are in Kansas City. He despises those restaurants he calls "La Maison do la Casa House, Continental Cuisine" where all the creativity goes into the atmosphere and menu, and none into the food. -- For me the best restaurants are in Lansing, Michigan. You just have to look around, and know what to order. |
