IntroductionPeter P. Casey is an active licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts and, for eighteen years, the Broker/Owner of Prudential Wilmot Whitney Real Estate, covering the Greater Boston area including most communities within the Route 495 corridor. The Company provides brokerage services and real estate consulting for both residential and commercial clients and has been in business since 1972. Casey and his wife Barbara have owned the Company since 1992 and actively manage it on a full time basis. During the years since then, Peter has participated in and/or supervised the sale on more than $650 million of real estate. He has continued his real estate education every year and has earned the Graduate, Realtor® Institute and the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager designations. He is a recognized fine homes specialist and a member of the Real Estate CyberSpace Society.
Interests2003 President, MAssachusetts Association of Realtors®. A very active participant in the Realtor® Association at the local, State and National levels, Peter has been a Director and/or Officer at all three levels of the organization and served as the 2003 President of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors®. For his efforts, he has been presented with the Andrew Hickey Award for distinguished service to the Greater Boston Real Estate Board in 1998 and in 2002 was named its Realtor® of the Year. In 2003, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors inducted him into the prestigious Omega Tau Rho national Realtor® fraternity and in 2009 awarded him the Milton Shaw Distinguished Service Award. Peter is also an active participant in civic, community and charitable causes for his home Town of Weston, Massachusetts, and nationally. He also serves on the National Advisory Council of the Boy Scouts of America and is a 2008 recipient of the Silver Buffalo Award, its highest volunteer award.
