| Introduction | I'm a retired teacher with 27 years of classroom experience - 23 of those in Alaskan schools. For most of my career, I taught gifted/talented students on the Kenai Peninsula. I was selected as a BP Teacher of Excellence for the 2005-06 school year and on at least 6 occasions, a high school valedictorian mentioned that I was one of their most inspiring teachers. These days, I do long-term substitute assignments in bush Alaska. |
