Introduction	I work primarily as a food stylist presenting food at its best for projects ranging from Print Advertising and Packaging to cookbooks and Television Commercials. I also do contract Food writing and recipe development. I have a classical culinary training through Le Cordon Blue and keep current on knowledge of the food industry aware of the latest local and international food trends. My passion for food and serving others began as a child for years assisting in the kitchen and helping to host my parent’s dinner parties. Coming from a family of Germans and Italians there was never a shortage of food, wine or good times. I have a genuine appreciation of food honoring it not just as something we eat to satisify hunger but also as a source of life, community and learning. My love of food and travelling has taken me across the globe, from the United States to Europe, the Caribbean and New Zealand. Different cultures and the way people relate to and celebrate food captivate me. With each journey, my fascination and knowledge of food expand.
