Introduction	I live on an arable farm with my husband and two high school aged sons. I am a stay at home mother and I spend my days attending to general household duties and making sure that everything is in place for everyone when they need it. I enjoy following the boys and supporting their activities. I also have a creative side which I need to explore some more, somehow I never seem to find time - yes I know I should make time! Patchwork and associated hand crafts are something that I enjoy as I love fabric. Cooking is another area that I find particularly enjoyable. In my perfect world I would just cook to my hearts desire - I just need a house keeper! I love trying new recipes and often make things only once as there is always something new to try. I also have a few trusty old favourites that stand me in good stead when time is short or I am simply not in the mood. In order to burn off all this food I walk regularly with a friend and enjoy the local scenery and just lately the ducklings crossing the road or swimming in one of the many ponds created due to a particulary wet winter.
