Introduction	A few years ago my sister convinced me to sign up to an evening class on cake decorating. We had been inspired to try it after looking at cakes for my wedding. The classes came at a good time, after hectic nights and weekends of wedding planning my evenings were a little quiet, I was not complaining, it was also a good excuse to spend some time with my sister. And so for 2 terms we took ourselves off to Bury night school and took some lessons. I have always been a baker but cake decoration was all new, thankfully I have a big family so a lot of excuses to practice on them! I hope you enjoy looking through my blog.
