Introduction	I'm a chemical engineer but I finished my PhD thesis in organic chemistry, namely organic photochemical synthesis. My passion has slowly but steadily become a more healthy living that includes a wholesome nutrition. We started to think more about nutrition mostly because of a child with cow milk/soy allergy. And that will be the main subject of this blog. A nutrition that feeds the body and the soul and is inexpensive. I strongly recommend either growing your own food or getting it locally.
