| Introduction | Hi, my name is Katie, and I'm a fairly new mom. At the time of this blog's inception, my daughter Lily was 17-months-old, and my husband and I were expecting our second daughter in two months. For obvious reasons, I have become increasingly interested in my family's health, and I'm learning a lot about ways to be good to ourselves and the environment.
