Introduction	Mark Poole was born in Glasgow in 1975. Although he moved to Edinburgh when he was three, the damage was already done and he grew up a committed Celtic fan. He graduated in Spanish and Marketing from Stirling University, having spent six months trying to study in Valladolid in central Spain. He has lived in London (Acton, White City, Shepherd’s Bush, Bow, Twickenham) since 1997, where he has worked as a journalist for www.football365.com, written a column and a cartoon strip for a QPR fanzine, earned an MA in journalism from Westminster University and now works in television. He loves his wife, football, food, the world and London.
