Introduction After losing 80 lbs with Weight Watchers, running several marathons, becoming a group fitness instructor and a personal trainer, I've found myself still struggling day to day with food and weight issues. This blog is my way of motivating myself (and hopefully others) to strive for every day health, to work for better fitness, and to break the emotional chains tied to food. Welcome!
