| Introduction | I'm broken. In so many ways, my life has been reduced to fragments. I live in a broken world, and therefore, pieces of myself have been chipped, splintered, and shattered. But I am BEAUTIFULLY broken! Not one bit of my brokenness has gone unnoticed by God, not one fallen out of his hands. With great love and care, he fulfills his promise to work out every detail in my life of love for him into something good. So I rejoice in ALL the pieces, for he's putting each one in exactly the right place to make my life all he ever intended for it to be and to refract the light of his love to those who don't yet know it. I'm married to the most wonderful man in the world- in my humble, albeit biased, opinion. Cory is my best friend and co-adventurer. I owe a great deal of my passion for becoming to his inspiration and encouragement. We have the privilege of being mom and dad to Grant Mitchell and Logan Michael. They're amazing. We also look forward to being united with Connor Paul someday, our first son who entered heaven ahead of us. |
