Introduction | Welcome to my Blog. I am Tricia an experienced Traditional Cook who likes to squirrel away food on her Pantry shelf especially for the Winter months. Whether that be by Freezing, Drying, Canning, Bottling, Jams, Pickles and lots of other ways of processing. Some home grown items and also including items bought from the shops and also from the Wild Larder. Feeding your family and to provide long term food security is important with what is available to you and to make the most of what comes your way. Food security can get you through lean times and if you can feed yourself that is one less thing to think about when things are difficult enough. |
