Introduction	I have taught philosophy at Chicago State University since 1985, full-time since 1987. My book How to Make Opportunity Equal addresses problems of racism and unequal opportunity. I argue there that because children will be socialized for what they do as adults, most children will be encouraged to be stupid as long as most jobs do not exercise our abilities. The only solution is to share labor, both simple and complex labor.
