Introduction	Wellness in Wilmington and Drumming in Wilmington editors and blog creators Bill Milligan M.D and Yndiana Montes, began these blogs in the hopes of uniting all alternative and complementry medicine practioners in the local Wilmington area, in an effort to bring one all inclusive directory of practioners to the general public. The IHF is devoted to alternative healing methods and maintainig the highest standards in promoting their respective professions. Yndiana is an avid self practitioner of Ayurvedic medicine and a yoga student. Bill is a retired Family physician, who practices Eden Energy Medicine.
