| Introduction | Driven by my passion for the arts and a desire to express reality through my eyes I am always seeking innovative ways to visually communicate ideas. This hunger to create and express art has led me on a path from graphic design onto my specialist area of film making; music video and artistic direction. After my initial experience as a creative copywriter, I was able to apply my communication skills at The Film Workshop in Monterrey. Determined to pursue a career in video and film, I obtained a Masters Degree with distinction in Visual Communications at Birmingham City University, UK. Since then I have worked on a wide range of video productions in the UK and internationally and have specialized in the area of live music video and music documentary with studies at La Casa del Cine in Barcelona. Throughout my career I have travelled and documented music festivals over Europe and worked alongside important visual artists such as Ravi Deprees. As a teacher of my profession, I have delivered courses in audiovisual media and animation workshops 1 and 2 at CEDIM, Centro de Estudios de Diseño de Monterrey. |
