Introduction	My husband, Bob, and I live in the foothills of the Sacramento Valley. Although I have a BA in Social Work, my chosen career was stay-at-home mom until my two daughters forcibly retired me by growing up. Both girls recently married, so now we have two sons, as well. I am currently writing a book about God's help for hurting emotions.
