Introduction	Councillor Shane O'Connor is originally from Terenure. Shane was educated in St Mac Dara's Community College, Templeogue, and went on to further studies in Air and Passenger Freight Transport (IATA) in Coláiste Conghaile, and Marketing in UCD. Shane now lives in Cherrywood Park in Clondalkin. Shane topped the poll in the Clondalkin Ward in the Local Elections in 2004. Shane sits on the South Dublin County Council's Strategic Policy Committees for Economic Development, Transportation, Arts, Culture, Gaeilge, Education and Libraries as well as local area meetings on Safety Forums Shane can be contacted at soconnor@sdublincoco.ie or 087-2194950.
