| Introduction | I believe in the worth of the individual and understand the importance of the collective. Creative synergy occurs as we balance the needs of both. I am about service, change when it's necessary, and empowerment. I am no respecter of persons. Everyone has a name and a story, and when I pay attention I discover the inherent good and am offered an opportunity to learn. I also believe life is what you make it. Presently, the elegance found in simplicity is pleasing to me and, therefore, a desired end. This is not to say, however, that I do not enjoy complexity: for I most certainly do. It is in the chaotic, unexpected, and unknown that the challenge of and joy in life is often found. |
