| Introduction | "The great aim of education is not knowledge but action." - Herbert Spencer. I am a doctoral student, consultant and aspiring college professor. From San Jose, CA. Lived in Madrid, DC, Korea, and SF & Monterey Bay Areas, LA and now Orange County, CA. USAF retired; 27 years intelligence collection officer. Worked for IBM/Lotus, small companies, and myself in customer support management, consulting and project management. I have a BA History from San Jose State, an MS Systems Management from USC, and MA in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University. I started my EdD Organizational Leadership program in fall 2015. I enjoy photography, scuba, sailing, dancing, travel, and good food and drink with good company. I believe the common sense isn't. As Einstein said, “We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used to create them.” I enjoy finding new ideas and new ways to observe ourselves and the world. |
