Introduction	I teach research skills to sixth graders through a class called Integrated Studies in Frederick County, Maryland. I'm dismayed with the changes I've seen in my students over the years. Every year they are more tech savvy than ever, but at the same time they are less self-sufficient, less intellectually curious and less motivated.
