| Introduction | I've always wanted to open a retail store. Even when I was a young girl growing up in Chicago and Puerto Rico, having a shop to call my own was a dream. We'll, it's been almost five years since the idea hit, and my bead store, Adelia's Bead Closet, is moving right along. Most of my career has been in hotels and focusing on customer service. So, it's a natural that you'll receive great customer service when you visit. My vision for the future is to grow, develop and nurture my LBS (Local Bead Store) and grow relationships as friends and customers.
