| Introduction | Hi there. My name is Nicole Valicek. I graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Journalism degree in 2009. I hail from the city of Melbourne. Over eight months ago I packed my bags and moved to the northern Victoria town of Kerang. I left the place I called home for the last 22 years to pursue my career as a print journalist. This blog is a requirement of the post-cadet journalist course I am currently enrolled in through Deakin University. I have included a short glimpse one of my most memorable days working as a regional journalist. |
