| Introduction | I am married to the most wonderful & supportive husband in the world! In May of 2006 I almost lost him when he had a heart attack. He was revived 17 times & was a living breathing testimate to what God can do. On November 29th, 2009 God granted us a longer life together with the gift of a heart transplant. We are slowly starting to rebuild our lives. One issue for me has been my weight. Now that my hubby is on the road to recovery it is time to take care of me. We have a total of 6 kids (5 boys & 1 girl) the last 2 are still in high school. One will graduate this year (6/2010) & the the last will graduate next year. We have 3-1/2 granddaughters (the 1/2 is due 4/15/2010) who are our pride & joy. Everything I do, I do with the strength I receive from my Lord, including following this diet! |
